He founded Cure with Love Strategies to turn that platform into social change, delivering over 3,000 Spark Box kits nationwide and implementing the CHILL conflict resolution program across schools and detention centers.

As an Advisory Board member for Cities United and Fellow with the National League of Cities and POLARIS Young Adult Leadership Network, Milton shapes national strategy around youth engagement and violence reduction.
