More Love. More Light.

— Boo Milton

The Story

Emanuel Milton, widely known as "Boo Milton," is a dynamic visionary who transforms communities through creative engagement and proves that joy is revolutionary work.

Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Milton went from a kid with a speech impediment to a #1 Nielsen-ranked radio host and rapper with regional influence. He founded Cure with Love Strategies to turn that platform into social change, delivering over 3,000 Spark Box kits nationwide and implementing the CHILL conflict resolution program across schools and detention centers.

As an Advisory Board member for Cities United and Fellow with the National League of Cities and POLARIS Young Adult Leadership Network, Milton shapes national strategy around youth engagement and violence reduction. Recognized by The Obama Foundation, PBS, and Facebook Education, his approach is rooted in lived experience and unwavering belief in what's possible.
